If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery — for example, if an item was delivered on 1st January, it can be returned until 8th January.

Please note:
Return requests will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed” or if you “change your mind.”


Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, with original packaging, seals, and tags attached.
  • Items must include all accessories, manuals, and cards that came with them.
  • Returned products will undergo a quality check to ensure they meet the return conditions.
    If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items containing liquids or perishable content
  • Items burnt, broken, or damaged during use
